 * I never used WordPress for anything but a blog on blog.domain or domain.com/blog.
 * I am considering using WordPress for a site kind of like a CMS. If I put the 
   installation of WordPress at blog.domain or domain/blog can I reference elements
   from WordPress on domain/index.php like recent posts and such even though it 
   is installed in another folder or even a sub-domain?
