  • Hello,

    I’m very happy with this plugin, and enjoyed an increased speed on the scrolling after the update. However, I had my scrollbar set to “Outside” in the options so that it wouldn’t change the appearance of the scrollable menu I have when the scrollbar appears. After the new update, it appears “Inside” no matter what option I choose. At least I cannot see any difference when I choose either one. I’d love for this function to work as it did before, which suited my design a lot better.

    I cannot reproduce the problem on my end, unfortunately.

    Can you try the previous version and see if the problem goes away? Old version are listed in this page.

    Hi, thanks for your reply and sorry for getting back to you this late.

    Thanks for the old version! That one works as it should.

    On the new version the “outside” setting just would not work on my site, making my widget look a bit off.

    Hi,

    Can you check the browser console output and see any errors?

    1. Open the problematic page with Google Chrome.
    2. Right-click on an empty space then select Inspect/Inspect Element in the context menu.
    3. Select the Console tab.

    It displays JavaScript errors so post them if you see any of them.

    Hi,

    I already did this earlier, but nothing showed up. I found it weird, as I would expect some error or conflict to show up, but it didn’t. As of now, I am fine with using the previous version of the plug-in, as it does what it is supposed to do.

    No, I am just using the version before the last update, which I got from you in your first reply. I deleted the new version (1.2.0) and installed 1.1.7 and the issue disappeared.

    Which theme are you using? If it is a free one, I can test it on my end.

    It’s a premium plugin, called Kleo, from Theme Forest.

    Then I cannot test it on my end.

    Maybe you should try temporarily switching back to the default theme and see if the same problem occurs.
