# Insert/upload image Page dosent load

 * Hi
 * I have been having the same issue. When i click on the insert/upload image button,
   i get a blank page that just says “Add media files from your computer” with no
   other options.
 *  I can how ever click on the URL and the Media library tabs and they seem to 
   work fine.
 * I am using the latest version of wordpress. I have tried it in safari, firefox
   and google chrome. With the same result.

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – increasing the memory available to PHP?

 * Have you tried both the Flash and the regular browser upload? If yes then it 
   probably is a permissions issue.

   And make sure you actually have the wp-content/uploads directory actualy exists.
