Inserting plugin shortcode results in a full blank white page

    Hey there,

    As the title suggests,
    It seems that once I have included the plugin’s shortcode and updating the page.
    [email-download download_id=”1451” contact_form_id=”35”]
    It would result in a full blank white page.

    Have tried keeping the shortcode but deactivating the plugin, and the page is back to normal. Which makes me think that this may be a theme conflict etc.

    Is there a particular reason why this is happening?

    Please feel free to advice accordingly.

    Hi,

    i have the same problem.

    Dont ask me why ut this worked for me. But now it doesnt collects emails.

    [contact-form-7 id=”77972″ title=”Download”]

    just replace your contact form ID.
