Inserting images into posts: why so painful?

    Hey,

    I think there must be something I’m overlooking, because surely inserting images into posts shouldnt be this inefficient?

    So when uploading images using the From Computer tab, its quick and easy because you can select many images and have them all upload into a gallery at once…

    But if you want to use images from the Media Library tab, you have to… find the image thumbnail and title, click “Show”, find the Insert into Post button… and then you have only inserted one image. Surely there should be checkboxes or something fast?

    What am I overlooking?!

    Nope – not via WordPress core when you’re using images from the Media Library. Perhaps you need to look for an image management plugin?
