Inserting images in 2.02 – only thumbnails?

Sorry, I’ve searched and can’t find the answer to my question which I’m sure is pretty stupid on my part.

I think I am missing a setting…

When I upload an image to the browser, click on it, and set it to show the full size image and “send it to editor”, I always get the thumbnail sized image no matter what I click on. I can fix the situation by viewing the HTML and setting the image size manually, but I am guessing there is a setting that I am missing that does this automatically for me?
