inserting custom logo where header/text are

Hello,

I’m looking to replace the “In Pursuit of Trout” bordered text with a custom logo. I tried inserting it in the theme’s header/custom logo fields but it is not static, and when someone scrolls the page it follows, blocking content.

I am new at this, so please be patient.
