 * Hi,
 * I was trying to insert the contact form into the layer slider plugin with the
   shortcode. It could display in desktop form. However, not in mobile version. 
   The contact form was being cropped off. Please help. Thank you.

   WordPress theme used and the CSS styling that theme applies to standard HTML 
   form elements.
