Inserting Album Not Working

    I just downloaded the free version of this plugin, and it all seemed to be working fine until I went to one of my pages, clicked the “Gallery Bank:” button and tried to “Insert Album”. Nothing happens, and when I look at the console when I click the button, I get the following error message,

    Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [gallery_bank type=”images” format=”thumbnail” title=”true” desc=”false” responsive=”true” display=”all” sort_by=”random” animation_effect=”” album_title=”true” album_id=”1″]

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We would suggest you to kindly try deactivating all the plugins and the theme to the base twenty fourteen and then test it.

    If it works, it means that one of the plugins or the theme is conflicting with Gallery Bank.

    This is sometimes because of some plugins or themes using 3rd party scripts or outdated versions!
