Insert/Edit Link not working

    I have just recently updated to WordPress 3.7.1 and have had an issue with inserting links ever since then. I have read about other people having the same issue on here but I have not solved the issue. I tried doing what people have suggested such as deactivating all of my plugins and setting my theme to twenty eleven…still not working. I will highlight to add a link and nothing happens. My little box no longer pops up to enter my link.
