    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Can you explain what exactly is not working with the Shortcodes? Where exactly on your site can I see this?

    The shortcode should display the price of a specific product. This price gets updated occasionally (I guess via a theme intern cronjob?). When I embed the shortcode in a tablepress cell it’s just showing the code instead of the actual price…

    Hi,

    ah, thanks! My assumption is that this is not a Shortcode that uses the regular WordPress Shortcode API, but that some is parsed in a custom way.

    Unfortunately, the theme seems to be a Premium theme so that I can not check its code. Can you maybe contact their support (or check the code yourself), to find out if they are using the regular add_shortcode() function?
