Insert text on Shopping cart page

You can use the woocommerce_after_cart_totals filter, for example:

add_action( 'woocommerce_after_cart_totals', 'Add_content_to_cart_custom_filter' );

function Add_content_to_cart_custom_filter() {
     echo "<h1> Test </h1>";  
}

Alternatively, you can add the cart block on the checkout page instead of shortcodes and add a paragraph block below the button.

Hi,

Not sure why I am unable to see the PayPal button from my end.

I added the text via CSS code, like this:

div.wc-proceed-to-checkout::after {
content: "or Express Checkout with PayPal";
}

To add custom CSS code, you can navigate to WP-Admin > Appearance > Additional CSS.
