    Hi,

I am using a slidehow plugin and I insert the created slideshow short code into the table cells. The problem is that the table shows the last created slideshow in the first row’s cells not the inserted right one. Which means the slideshow is not in the right row.

Could you help me please to show it in the row?

    Thanks,
    Monika

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Hi,

    thanks for the link!

First, that JavaScript error: This is caused by the “Use DataTables” checkbox being checked, on the table’s “Edit” screen. You can not use these functions with this table, due to the #rowspan#. Please uncheck that checkbox to get rid of the error.

Then, as I assume that the slideshow plugin needs JavaScript, please turn off the TablePress output caching. For that, change the used Shortcode on that page to

    [table id=1 cache_table_output=false /]

    hi Tobias,

    Thank you for your help.
The error disappeared (javascript), but the table still put the last inserted slideshow code in the first row. Do you have any idea?
(I have made the changes that you suggested)

    Thanks,
    Monika

    Hi,

no, not really 🙁 Sorry. I can only assume that the Slideshow plugin is not working properly here then.

    Regards,
    Tobias
