I have solved it myself. The answer for anyone who might have the same query is that: it depends on the Theme. This certainly won’t make you very happy but it is so. Every theme has a different code for the header and in there you need to pinpoint exactly where your <?php do_action(‘slideshow_deploy’, ‘618’); ?> should go.

So, before you do anything, select all the code and copy and paste it in your notepad and save that file. Make sure you did not screw up leaving out any piece of code or you ll be certainly completely screwed. Once in there you will have to find the piece of div that specifies how the pictures load, where the stuff is embedded. Remove that and paste the line of code, (with whatever your slideshow ID is) and if it the result is not what you wanted, observe the error and tweak it next time. I managed after the third try.

    regards
