# Insert Shortcode button doesn't work

 * The insert shortcode button doesn’t work in TinyMCE for me. I have been able 
   to work with the plugin as I can write add the shortcodes manually, but no matter
   what I do the button won’t work.
 * I’ve tried restarting the browser (Firefox) and tried it in Chrome too. No luck.
   I’ve checked that I have the most up to date version of both WordPress and the
   plugin, but none of this helps. I’ve also tried disabling other plugins but that
   doesn’t help either.
 * Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?

 * The button worked like a charm but it does nothing when clicked after update!
 * Any clue to solve the issue?
