    Hey all,

On our blog here at OurStage use the custom fields to implement some custom code in the loop to display the text at the bottom of a post in a block (looks like a playlist: http://blog.ourstage.com/2009/04/07/top-10-march-2009-winners/).

Currently, it just puts it at the bottom of a post. I’m trying to figure out a way our staff can put a code where they want it in the post, something like <!– playlist –> and the playlist will show up.

I’ve looked into the php plugins but they all require you to have the code in the post, which I would like to avoid. I just found the “Post Layout” plug (http://www.satollo.com/english/wordpress/post-layout) Which does sort of what we need, inserts the code where you place a <!– more –>. But the point of this is so we don’t have to be tethered to something like the more…

Is there anyway to define a custom <!– something here –> to execute php? Or something similar?

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!
