# Insert .pdf form

 * I have some pictures and text and want to add a pdf application, so the viewer
   can click and then save the pdf to their desktop. Then they fill it out and email
   it to me.
 * How do I do this? I have the file ready to go, and I want to insert it under 
   a text line such as my phone number.
