    Hello,
    sorry for the late answer. Actually the plugin doesn’t support links in the widget title, but I may evaluate this feature for future releases.
    As a workaround you may leave the title field empty and put a link within a heading inside widget content, but this way the rendering stongly depends on the theme in use.
    Alternative you may want to take a look at some custom code snippets in this discussion.

    As for color/font customization I’d suggest to use the Widgets CSS Classes plugin to differentiate your widgets by css class, and then apply styles using targetted css rules.
