 * Hi all and sorry for my bad english.
 * I want to change the ‘Insert into post’ injected code (only a uploaded file link)
   for another more useful for me (including post content pre-formated).
 * In 2.3 version i was changed this into the upload.js file but doesn’t works in
   2.6.5.
 * Can anyone help me, pls?
