Insert in Head but with block positions

The adsense ads for example are rather obnoxious. Is there a way to limit them like you can do with block positions. I don’t want them in admin or front page for example.

You can disable insertion on page types:

oy by some term:

or on individual posts o and pages:

You can also limit insertion of a block:

To limit header codes (like AdSense Auto ads code):

Is there a way to prevent insertion for logged in users?

Also, is there a performance reason why head was not included in the blocks but you have to set a hook for it?

1. Yes
Set Insert for
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/additional-block-settings#insertion

2. Performance is not reason. If available by default, a typical user would insert ads there.
This is not page layout header (above the menu), this is HTML page <head> section.
