 * The recent update has left me cold. I can not upload images to my posts. I have
   always used Internet Explorer with not problem. Hit the insert, find the image
   and it worked well. Now I can not get anything to show up in the add media button.
   I have tried all sorts of methods. The images do upload into the Library but 
   do not provide the tools needed to INSERT into the page/post being created. I
   am ready to scap everything and find another program. Why won’t the program behave
   as shown on the wordpress website on my computer? What do I have to do to make
   it easy to insert an image?

 * Hi I’m having the same issue on multiple browsers (firefox, safari, chrome). 
   I followed all the instructions (turning off all plug-ins, changing to 2011 theme,
   etc). Things finally started working when I turned on the script debugging as
   suggested in the troubleshooting steps. The problem is, as soon as I turned off
   debugging the add media button stopped working again. Is there an issue with 
   leaving debugging on?

 * Thanks a bunch! Turning off the plugins worked. Now WordPress works GREAT!
