  • 1. When I use the “insert media” section, no matter what I check, I can’t get the text to wrap around the image. It is always at the bottom of the image. The HTML shows it on the left or right or centered, but it does not reflect that in the post.

    2. Until two weeks ago, I had in the “kitchen sink” toolbar, a little icon of a photo and I could use that to make the image do what I wanted, but inexplicably, that disappeared. Was that a WordPress action?

    I use someone to help me with my site, so he is the one who makes changes, but he says he doesn’t know what to do about this. :-}

    Thanks for any ideas

  • Check out the CSS page in the docs section. In particular, find the “CSS Style Sheets” part and start reading from

    Several classes for aligning images and block elements (DIV, P, TABLE etc.) were introduced in WordPress 2.5: aligncenter, alignleft and alignright. In addition the class alignnone is added to images that are not aligned, so they can be styled differently if needed.

    it goes on to offer some sample CSS that your (presumably older) themes may need to have added.
