With the “insert image” I am not even getting that – but I am getting that message with the “upload image/media” function.
Friend.. this is really tiring. i thought i can publish the first post with image.. end up.. till now nothing. Not to complain, i love the new improvement. But simple thing need to address first. 🙁
All pop-ups are blank (not just the image pop-up) in Firefox but work in IE7. Is there any solution for this?
Ok, I figured this out. You just have to clear the cache in Firforx
1) Tools – Options – Privacy
2) Under “Private data” click “Clear Now…”
This should fix the issue.

not only the cache… even after that clearance… plugins need to be updated. I solved mine already. Phhewwww. Thanks to Peter from WordPress.
I can upload images fine, but once uploaded I can’t actually insert them into a post. I just get a blank screen after clicking “insert into post”.
Also I cant click on “show” thing
I am able to browse through them in the media library if I go into it through the dashboard… everything seems fine. once I click insert I get a blank screen.
I have also tried disabling all plugins. I’ve cleared the cache. So far no luck and I’m unable to get images into my posts. :((((((((((((((((((
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Works for me! Hopefully someone will find a better solution (i.e., one that lets us upload images while other tabs are open).
I still get the blank image insert screen! anyone know of any fixes for this???
I solved this issue by clearing all private data first, I also opened my dashboard with NO other tabs open, that still didn’t work. SO this was the final fix:
Clean install of FireFox. Get the latest version, and dump the whole FIREFOX application and supporting files.
I saved my bookmarks and extension files (on macs it’s in Library/Application Support/FireFox) and then reinstalled the new FireFox version, I have not had an issue since.
Problem still persists. I even tried it with IE7 and got the error message below. I can’t believe noone else has this issue? Any advice is truly appreciated!

Several different given solutions I found on the web and the most simple one works!
Just have the website open in your browser where you are working in. Close all other websites. Just the one where you are inserting an image in your post!
