# Insert image before menu category

 * HI,
   I would like to insert images before the menu categories that identify the
   products on sale in a shop.I know it can be done because I tried it on a test
   site but I don’t remember how I did it.Can you tell me how to do it?The theme
   is OceanWP.Thank you

 * We don’t have such a snippet code for the “before the menu categories”. But you
   can search the WordPress repository for a plugin to do this: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/).
 * Or you can use the child theme and customize the WooCommerce template by creating
   a new template.

 * If I show you the link to the test site where you can see the thumbnails, would
   you be able to understand what I did to make them appear?
   The thumbnails can 
   be seen in the mobile menu under the “CATALOG” category.

   For now the
   thumbnails only appear in the “MOBILE” version of the site. When you open the
   CATALOG menu item you see the thumbnails.I attach the screenshots.

   I’m sorry if
   I disturbed you but I solved the mystery.It’s all simpler than I thought.I remembered
   how I did it, just insert an image instead of an icon when customizing the menu.
