“Insert Form” in visual editor sometimes disappears

    Sometimes, the “Insert Form” button does NOT appear above the TinyMCE buttons in my Visual Editor. Any way to fix?

    This is a known bug that generally only occurs in a add new situation where the content has not yet been published. If you publish the content it should appear just fine. We do have an issue in to correct this in the future.
