TablePress uses the Media Library from WordPress and integrates it using the suggested ways. Of course, it’s possible that something is missing in the code. I don’t think that it will be possible to make a custom integration. * Yeah, unfortunately, the copy/paste method is not really nice, but at the same time it’s also not that difficult. This is what I thought. I basically do the same with TablePress and e.g. its toolbar button for the post editor. I’m not sure that there’s something that we can (easily) do at the moment.
