# Insert attachments in Email

 * Greetings. Currently with the free version of the plugin, any attachments inserted
   by the user who opens the topic are not included in the ticket notification emails.
   Is there an add-on to include this functionality? Should it be purchased as a
   single add-on or does it also require a Plugin subscription plan?

 * Thank you for reaching out, regrettably, it is not possible to attach the attachment
   with the New ticket notification. You must check the ticket on your WP Dashboard
   > Tickets.
 * If you want to check the emails and reply from your email, you can check our 
   [Email Support Add-on](https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/email-support/). 
   With this add-on, you can reply directly by e-mail!  Users can even create a 
   new ticket and account by simply sending an email to your designated support 
   address.
