    Hello,

We are working from http://www.dansesaveclaplume.com with AdRotate widget. the widget is on the sidebar.

Now, I would like to insert an ad within a post. The ad must show 24h/day (no refresh necessary, it will be the only ad). So I created another ad group (which I call group 2) and I linked my ad to group 2. I took the piece of code … [adrotate banner=”number of the banner”] … which I inserted within the post. When i show the article on wordpress, it does not show my ad (it’s a banner .gif).

AdRotate tells me there is an error of configuration but I cannot figure out where.

Can someone tell me where I make a mistake?

Thank you for your help (excuse my english).

    Cheers,

    Emmanuelle

If you use [adrotate banner="number of the banner"] you don’t need the group.
If you use a group, however, you can use Post Injection. Which is easier to manage for pages and posts than shortcodes.

If the advert you created has errors, click the advert (as the notification you see instructs) and you’ll see a more detailed status on what’s wrong with the advert (provided that AdRotate can detect the error).

    Hi,

I apologize for my late answer. Yes, it was due to a configuration error in the ad.
    Thank you for your help.
    Cheers,
