    Hello,

    we would like to ask our customers for the address (before buying) also for printable tickets. How can that be adjusted?

    In addition, we would like to have our own ticket design, if someone wants to create this for us, he can by mail at tomek@abievents.info (please the plugin Author).

    Check the box “always collect shipping address” in the plugin settings to always collect addresses.

    You can then access that data in your custom tickets.

    Hello,

    many thanks for the answer. I have already activated the hook, but the address is still not queried in the shopping cart or in the purchase process.

    I suggest you submit a support request from the ‘Help’ screen inside the My Tickets plug-in; I think I need some more information about your environment.
