Insert (ad) into WP Show Posts list?

    We’re using WP Show Posts (and GeneratePress) in our WP installation, and have a static page set up as the home page with a WPSP list showing our most recent posts.
    Is there a way to insert content (ie an ad) in between posts? Not every post, say after post #4 etc.
    Is this something that GenerateBlocks will be able to do once the change is made?
