 * I want to insert our sponsor plugin in the footer, i heave insert the code you
   provide [sponsor_level category=”all” orderby=”DESC” columns=”4″ image=”yes” 
   title=”yes” link=”yes” bio=”yes”]
    If i insert this code in footer it doesn’t
   work, what do i have to do to make the code work?

   use a widget area or use the WP do_shortcode.
