# Inquiry button and form customisation

 * Hi WCFM team,
 * The Inquiry shortcode and Store enquiry button widget are not working well for
   me so I would like to just set up a regular theme button to have the same function
   but at the same time trigger a custom form template so that it’s similar to the
   other forms I am using on the website.
    I have the button set up and triggering
   the popup form I want so my question is: How to get the custom form to pick-up
   the vendor id from the store it’s on so that the email is sent to that specific
   vendor? Is there a simple solution for this? I’m using OceanWP and Elementor 
   Pro for this.

 * Thanks for your reply.
    Well, actually you can….in the meantime I managed to 
   set it up with a regular button that triggers a pop-up with a Elementor Pro form…
   even managed to include the logged in users’ details already pre filled! The 
   Form tool is really amazing with its dynamic content. Works like a charm!
