Input Parameters in test case

    Hi All,

    I am trying to do the test cases from the manual provided but I receive an error which is : “Η συναλλαγή σας δεν μπορεί να εκτελεστεί.”

    I got in touch with the Bank and they told me to “tweak the code” with the parameters given in the manual, but they are not able to tell me what and where (after more than 10 emails exchange I still don’t have a solution).

    So in order to do the test cases do I have to “tweak” anything in the code? if yes what and where?

    If you have been redirected to the Piraeus Bank environment nothing needs to be changed in the code.
    You just need to provide credit card number, CVV and change the months in the expiration date.

    Thanks for answering this so quickly.

    This is exactly what have been doing (meaning after getting and inputing test environment : merchant Id, Acquirer ID, POS ID, Username and password) I went and did the test case #1 and got the error mentioned. I contacted the support and was told to tweak the code.

    I tried un-install and re-install the plugin and still the error ..

    Do you have any idea what might be he cause of the issue ?

    I am using WP 4.7.3, the template is flatsome 3.2.5 and the entire website is in English

    The issue was actually solved (i don’t know how but this morning it worked).

    I am able to only to use the preauthorization card # and not the sale card #. How can I modify the RequesType so both card # can be used ?

    You have checked preauth payments in the plugin options
