The sidebar moved below your bottom post.
Your own validation link at the bottom of it all shows a missing div That usually does not happen without working on theme files.
Why not re-upload a fresh set of your theme files and see what happens?
I installed a whole new theme and the sidebar info is still at the bottom. Any ideas? Maybe changed code somewhere?
Where do you find these broken themes?
It works for menu item local which is probably generated by category.php or archice.php so check that one and compare it to index.php
Your index.php is missing a closing </div> before the statement that includes the right-column. Insert that.
I don’t understand php at all and have a VERY limited understanding of HTML. Basically I’m lost is there a way for me to fix this easily or can I just clear all the themes and start fresh. This is beyond frustrating at this point

When it shows no errors you are safe for the many different browsers that are out there.
