# Inline Text

 * Hey guys,
 * Nice plugin – very easy to use.
 * Quick question – I am using Jupiter theme, and thus using Visual Composer. Is
   there a way to keep the text inline?
 * For example – I am using the sentence “Check out our membership guidelines.” 
   I am wrapping the string ‘membership guidelines’ as the trigger. I used the “
   a” tag to make appear as a normal link, and I added a class so I could style 
   it with CSS. All of this is working fine.
 * The issue that I am having is that it is putting the trigger on its own line:
   —–
   Check out our
 * Membership Guidelines
 * .
    —– I’m not sure what CSS to add to correct this. I want all the text on its
   own line as normal.
 * Can you help?

 * Sorry for this issue, it happens from time to time due to the way WordPress is
   operating. There’s a couple of fixes, which you can find [here](http://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/185-why-is-my-shortcode-being-created-on-a-new-line).

 * Hi Walter,
 * Thanks for the response. I have tried Option #2 (removing line breaks) already
   and haven’t had any success. Can you elaborate on Option #1? When you say “disable
   visual shortcode editor” will that cause problems for the shortcodes on my site?
   Will it disable Visual Composer?

   ui just disables the button and shortcode editor. It means that our shortcodes
   also won’t render previews instead of the shortcode text, which is what causes
   the issue your having.
