Inline Text Shortcuts not working

    I’ve just installed 4.5 RC1 and the inline text shortcuts (for bold & italic) aren’t working. The shortcut for code works ok though.

    I’m running a basic test site with the latest TwentySixteen and no plugins.

    I’ve cleared my browsers cache and I’ve also tried in both Chrome and FF with the same results.
