Inline style overwrites .css file styles

Hi there!
I want to style the padding of the popup. I inserted the id #cookie-law-info-bar into my custom .css file of my theme. I can see that these settings are read but overwritten by inline style. I do not know, where these inline styles are generated. Can you tell me the location where this inline style comes from?
