    Hi,
Thanks for all compliments. We are happy when our user are satisfied,we are here to help you.

Could you please send us more information about how could we reproduce this issue?
We need a web page URL, or more, where we can check the source code to see what is going on and, eventually, some screenshots of your plugin settings or about how you have defined the script.

I hope you can understand that, without information, it is very difficult for us to figure out how to reproduce your issue and, eventually, help you to fix it.

Alternatively, if you like the idea, you can send us valid WP credentials filling up this form here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/
We will connect to your website to check it out and understand what cause your issue.

Two urls, one for a post with the Shariff Wrapper bar at the beginning and without the IRP box showing up: http://filmschreiben.de/theorie-tldr-ueber-aristoteles/

+ one without the bar at the beginning (only at the end) and with the IRP box showing up: http://filmschreiben.de/die-nebenfiguren-nicht-so-wichtig/

I don’t understand what you mean with “defined the script”. Since the Shariff Wrapper developer was able to replicate the issue I don’t think it has something to do with specific plugin settings? Here are the screenshots: http://filmschreiben.de/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-2016-08-28-22.46.52.png and http://filmschreiben.de/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-2016-08-28-22.47.42.png

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

Thank you very much for sending us the urls and the screenshoots. I checked your information and we can try to do in this way:

    1) Go on your plugin settings and change the value “Interval between the boxes” from 250 to 1. This because your IRP can appear just every 250 words and may be your article has less words.

    2) If with point 1 it doesn’t work still, try to flag, in addition “Insert a box at the end of the post?(If needed)

For some others issues or for continuing this one (if with points 1 and 2 it does’t work still) i suggest you to write us to:

    Thank you

Well. . .it kinda works. Step 1) doesn’t do anything but in addition to step 2) the IRP box does show up at the end of the post. Note: Step 2) also works without step 1). However: That’s not where we want this box to be. Do you have any idea?

What (additional?) information do you need in my email?

    Hi there,

I have checked your issue with our techs and seems that could be connected to the number of posts that you have defined (sometimes our plugin require a lot of time to load all the post inside the dropdown that, theoretically is shown in this popup when you click the shortcode button in WP editor).

We are working on this to find a possible fix, in the while by suggestion is to use manually the shortcode due to is very easy.
We have 2 different shortcodes that you can insert in any place or your post content.

    1) [irp] will insert the related box searching automagically the best content to fix (based on categories or tags)

    2) [irp posts=”YOUR-POST-ID”] will insert a specific post inside the content not necessary with the same categories or tags

Please be aware that when you will insert one of this 2 shortcodes manually our plugin will not insert any other related box for this article.

Let me know if you have any additional questions and will be a pleasure to help you

Thank you for your help! The temporary solution does work and I’m looking forward to your findings an the fix. Thank you!

edit: Just a thought of a non-coder. When IRP is programmed to not show boxes automatically when they have been inserted manually, probably for whatever reason IRP thinks there is a manually inserted IRP box when it’s just an Shariff Wrapper bar? Maybe have an option to disable “When IRP is manually inserted into the post it won’t insert itself automatically again” or something?

    Fine, I’m very happy!
    For your second consideration:
if you insert a shortcode [irp] into your content then other boxes won’t be inserted [irp], even if the option “insert automatic a box” still there.
Please let me know if this helps,
    Cheers Julie.

There was probably a misunderstanding (Sorry, English is not my native language).

The overall problem is that the IRP box doesn’t show up when the Shariff box does show up. And then there is the fact, that IRP checks whether an IRP box was inserted manually before inserting an IRP box automatically. So when a box has been inserted manually there isn’t inserted another box automatically. What I was thinking is: Maybe, for whatever reason, when IRP checks for a manually inserted IRP box it sees the Shariff box and takes it for an IRP box. And then doesn’t insert itself. And that could be one reason why it doesn’t show up when Shariff shows up.

As I said, I am not a coder. It’s just an idea that might be helpful or not. I hope it is. I really would like this problem solved.

Sorry, why is your latest post pretty much the same as your first answer to the problem?

“Without information”? You may want to read my answer to said answer of yours (?) again.

I’m gonna try the email way in hope for some results.
