# Inline Images

 * We need to be able to add inline images via the visual editor and I’m seeing 
   some inconsistency.
 * ‘Add New’ loads the standard WordPress post editor and the ‘add media’ button
   works.
 * Ticket replies loads TinyMCE and there is no way to add inline images (in the
   visual editor).
 * ‘Edit ticket’ loads the standard WordPress post editor but the ‘add media’ button
   is disabled.
 * I’m not seeing any errors so I assume this is the way you have it set up.
 * Is there a way to fully enable inline images?
