Inline CSS and JS files for less requests

    What would be the best way to inline the CSS and JS files loaded by A3 Lazy Load?

    I’m referring to:

    • jquery.lazyloadxt.fadein.css
    • a3_lazy_load.min.css
    • jquery.lazyloadxt.min.js
    • jquery.lazyloadxt.srcset.min.js
    • jquery.lazyloadxt.extend.js

    They are all fairly small files (particularly the CSS).

    Is there a filter you can use to de-register them and inline them instead?
