Inject Featured Image in Meta Box with jQuery

Hi there,

I’m trying to use the post featured image in a meta box were I display a tool that lets user draw some hotspots on top. On load I mimic the same function that ‘Set featured image’ button does. Problem is that I can’t catch the moment when the Image is selected and inserted as a preview on the Featured Image box (JavaScript process). There is no manual page load so for now I’m forcing users to first save the post so that I can catch the load moment and insert the image trough php.

Can anyone help me on this one?
