 * When creating blocks using the JS block-api there’s the option to create templates
   using InnerBlocks [as described here](https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/master/docs/designers-developers/developers/block-api/block-templates.md).
   However, I struggle to find any documentation on how to set the initial state
   of the template blocks. Most examples only sets `placeholder`. I discovered that
   it’s possible to pass in `text` to a button to set the button text too, but that’s
   not documented. How do I find out what other options there are?
