# Initial Setup Fails

 * Hello, I’ve installed your plugin and can’t get past the setup wizard, clicking
   the button on the initial setup “Start Using Woocommerce Features” just shows
   the spinning arrow for a few seconds and then does nothing. Before I proceed 
   with time consuming plugin and/or theme conflict testing, any known conflicts
   that could cause this issue?

 * We are not aware of a specific known conflict that can cause that problem, so
   in this case, we would recommend going through a plugin and theme conflict testing
   and check if there’s something installed in your site causing that.
