 * what ever i try the plugin makes the 2nd tab as a Initial Opening tab.
    i can’t
   set it to 1st tab is it a bug or it is pro version feature?

 * No, You can change Initial opening from Tabs Settings. Go into tabs settings 
   page as select “Initial Opening” as like as you set. Maybe right now you select
   second tab, kindly set it first and saved it.

 * i keep changing it to 1st tab but after i save it goes back to 2nd tab.
