InitForm has disappeared

    Hi,

    Since the last release of the plugin, the InitForm function doesn’t exist anymore.

    This is very annoying because I used it in order to initialize my form while my pages are loaded via AJAX.

    Now that this function isn’t available anymore, the form is never initialized.

    So I restored the previous version of the plugin and it worked.
