 * We’re installing a new instance of WP.
 * What is the base recommended server sizing recommended for WP? For example Processors,
   Memory, storage.
 * We’re predicting about 200k page views/month on average and 500k page views/month
   max.
    We’ll have about 15 people editing the site. We’re looking to host about
   10 sites.
 * Is there a sizing chart that I can reference?
 * I’m just looking for base information. I know there is quite a bit of variability
   based on plug-ins/actual traffic/etc…, but I just need a starting point.
 * Thanks

 * What you do is going to depend on your budget. If you’ve got that many people
   workiung on the site, then I’m going to assume that your hosting budget isn’t
   the standard “$5 a month is just way to much” argument that comes around on here
   often. I’d recommend starting off with a mid-level VPS and just monitoring the
   resources that are being used. Unless you’re re-devloping an existing site, it
   will take a little bit of itme to get your traffic up to where you want it to
   be, so server loads can be monitored easily to find out how the server is handleing
   the load that it’s under. When the load gets to much, move up to a VPS with more
   resources available. When VPS’s are starting to max out, move to a dedicated
   server. When that max’s out, move to a cluster. There’s no point starting off
   huge when you don’t know exact needs. Start reasonable and you will always have
   the option ov upgrading when you need to.
