 * Your plugin can do something like:
    - User 1 fills out the Contact Form, signs it with the mouse and sends it.
    - The Form creates automatically a row in an Excel-type table in the WordPress
      backend, the table contains 2 checkboxes for 2 admins.
    - Admin1 approves his checkbox, an email or notice is sent to Admin2.
      Admin2
      enters WP and approves its checkbox.
    - The created table can be downloaded.
