Information not being sent

    I want to include several textareas and use the dropdowns etc. but everytime I try only the email, subject, and your message areas are sent to my email.
    My extra textareas and checkbox results are not sent to my email, making them useless.
    What am I doing wrong?

    That’s Ok. I figured it out.
    I have to put corresponding tags in the email area.

    I am having the same problem as you. I have copied the checkbox tags into the form but the results are still not sent to my email.

    How did you fix this?

    You have to put the tags that you created in the top half (form area), and add them to the email (message body) area.

    For example if you have this is your “Form” field:
    <p><label>Phone Number
    [text phone] </label></p>

    You need to have this down in your Mail, “Message Body” field:
    [phone]
