 * Hello,
 * After restoring a backup from my database (cause I reinstalled WP), a lot of 
   information is missing in users names and entries.
 * It seems that there is a problem with written accents. For example, there is 
   a user called “David Fernández”, so now it only appears “David Fern”. And this
   happens with every written accents in the site.
 * Any help? Thank you

 * Have you checked the SQL dump file to make sure the data is in the backup?

 * Yes, I open the file in Notepad and all the data is there, including written 
   accents.
 * I don’t know if I’m making a mistake uploading the backup, or there’s a codification
   issue, or anything else…

 * Have you tried restoring the SQL dump using PHPMyAdmin or another MySQL client?
