# [Looking for Plugin] – Information Lookup

 * I’ve been searching for a plugin to do the following:
 * I have list of polling locations and street names.
    I want users to be able to
   either select their street name from a list or enter it manually and see what
   their polling location is.
 * I know I could probably hardcode this into a page myself but I was wondering 
   if there were any good apps for creating custom lookups like that.
 * Thanks for any an all suggestion.
